We’d like to thank all Wayside families for participating in our first spirit night at Gregorio’s Trattoria in November! Our second Wayside spirit night will be at Shake Shack in Cabin John Shopping Center on January 13. Orders will be made on the Shake Shack app, web, or kiosk. 5. Families Helping Families Grocery Card Drive
During this holiday season, we encourage our generous Wayside community to donate to the Families Helping Families grocery card drive sponsored by MCCPTA, MCPS, and the MCPS Educational Foundation. COVID-19 has taken a heavy toll on many in our county, and the Families Helping Families program will provide direct assistance to MCPS families in need. 7. Girl Scout Troops Forming at Wayside
Girl Scouts is forming troops at Wayside ES, and would like to invite you to explore the Girl Scout Experience. Girls and their families will learn about the Girl Scouts and its positive impact on girls and their community. See how the girl in your life can grow through Girl Scouts. Our four-session startup of highly interactive virtual meetings starting in January are all specifically designed for kindergarten and 1st grade. To sign up please use this link.
