We love our Wayside teachers and staff and are so thankful for all their hard work! We can’t wait for everyone to join in on the fun! We will kick off the week with a surprise for our Wayside staff they will see upon arrival then be invited for a grab and go breakfast.

National Teacher Day Tuesday
Students, dress up as your teacher OR wear #redfored.
The teachers will love seeing your interpretation of their style and will appreciate you for supporting education.
Teachers and staff, please share any photos you snap throughout the day!
Super Sweet Wednesday
Teachers and staff will receive a sweet treat in their mailbox on Tuesday afternoon (because Wednesdays are virtual).
Students, please be prepared to share something “sweet” with your teacher. Write a note about how great your teacher is and email/read it to them during morning meeting.
Thriving for Thursday
A teacher helps a child flourish, helps a child blossom, helps a child grow…
Teachers will receive a “pick me up” gift in their mailbox.
Students, please bring in a flower to show your teacher how much you appreciate them! (You may draw a picture of a flower, make a paper flower, or bring in a real flower.)
Fortunate Friday
We are so fortunate to have had the opportunity to celebrate our Wayside Staff this week, but we appreciate them every day.
Teachers will receive a $20 Panera gift card to treat themselves to a well-deserved lunch in lieu of a lunch at school.
